"I did a quote online because progressive charged me $222 a month for one car with no at fault accidents in the past three years & no payout on that one three years ago. People kept telling me it was insane & try state farm so I finally did an online quote. The quote came out to 197/month so I called progressive to try to get them to match it & they insisted they needed to raise my rate to $263!! So I called kevins office to clarify if the online quote was accurate I got connected to Tina! She not only realized I had misquoted myself to pay too much she got me bundled with renters insurance at my new apartment. In the end she got me quoted at $178 a month! She gave me proper expectation that the underwriters could change that quote to be higher & that they’d take a few days. She got back to me less than a week later to let me know that they approved my quote that she gave for my car insurance & renters insurance for the $178!! Absolutely amazing service & Tina was awesome to speak to much better than calling a general customer service number was so easy to get everything set up. 1000% recommendation calling Kevin’s office to get you set up!"
