"I’ve been shopping new auto and homeowners policies and stopped in to get quotes. I sat down with John and we started going over my current coverages with another large insurance company I’ve been with for a long time. After John thoroughly explained my current coverages it became apparent that I was underinsured in some very important areas. I initially was a little nervous because more coverage sounded like I was going to be paying more money but that ended up not being the case by a surprising amount. I ended up moving forward with what John had put together which will cost me less yearly by a good bit and I have way more coverage than I did prior including things outside of just homeowners and auto .The rest of the staff was very welcoming and another agent happily entertained my 4 year old while John and I spent time finalizing everything which was super helpful and very much appreciated. Overall I don’t know what more I could have asked for."
